1. 购票游客可在微信公众号“国家植物园购票平台”上进行线上购票，外籍及港澳台游客购票时需输入护照号码或港澳台通行证号码。
Visitors must purchase admission tickets online using their own names through the China National Botanical Garden Ticketing System" in the Garden’s official WeChat account. Foreigners and visitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan need to enter the passport number or the laissez-passer number when purchasing admission tickets.
2. 对于同一票种，每张身份证每天可购买一张，每笔订单最大购买人数为6人，购买时需按一人一证录入信息。
Only one admission ticket of each type can be purchased per ID card per day, and the maximum number of ticket purchases per order is 6 (the ID information of each visitor needs to be registered).
3. 请您游园时务必携带身份证或旅行许可证件原件。
Please be sure to bring the original ID card, passport or Hong Kong-Macau laissez-passer when visiting the Garden.
4. 购票成功的游客须携带本人购票身份证原件于购票游览日期和时段，在国家植物园北园各门区直接刷身份证原件入园，外籍或港澳台游客需持手机接收的二维码扫码入园；购买半价票的游客同时须携带本人有效优惠证件原件。
Visitors who have purchased tickets must bring original ID cards, passports or Hong Kong-Macau laissez-passers, and enter the Garden by directly swiping the ID card, or scan QR code provided after purchasing the ticket, at the entrances of North Garden within the selected visiting time period or date.Visitors who purchased half-price admission tickets must also bring the original valid discount documentation.
5. 多人订单在验票时，订单内所有游客均需要凭身份证原件或旅行许可验票入园。
When checking tickets for multi-visitor order, all visitors need to swipe the original ID cards to check in and enter the garden.
6. 游客持国家植物园北园票仅可参观北园。
Visitors can only visit the North Garden using the admission ticket of the China National Botanical Garden (North Garden).
7. 位于北园的展览温室、盆景园、卧佛寺、曹雪芹纪念馆、科普馆周一闭馆（法定节假日除外）。
The Conservatory, Bonsai Garden, Wofo Temple, Cao Xueqin Memorial , and Education Center are closed on Mondays (except statutory holidays).
8. 公园门区启动临时限流管控措施时，持门票的游客请听从门区工作人员安排，有序排队等候入园。如部分景区、景点如临时封闭或实行单向游览，请游客听从工作人员疏导。
When temporary measures for limiting visitors crowding are at the entrances, visitors with purchased admission tickets should line up in an orderly way to wait their turn to enter the Garden. If some scenic areas are temporarily closed or one-way visiting is in force, visitors should follow the staff’s instructions.
9. 持年、月票及政策性优待人员游览北园时，请避开每日上午10时至下午14时游园高峰时段，错时错峰游览，避免游客聚集。北园展览温室、卧佛寺年月票无效。
Visitors who hold an annual pass, monthly pass or passes with policy preferential treatment should avoid peak hours (from 10:00 to 14:00 every day) from crowding. Annual and monthly passes are not valid for the Exhibition Conservatory and the Temple of Reclining Buddha.
10、国家植物园购票平台为官方指定购票平台，任何个人组织不得利用平台注册的账户进行牟利性经营活动；如代买代卖、加价降价、未经授权的捆绑销售、未经授权的打包销售等扰乱公共安全秩序的行为，一经发现将依法严厉打击！
The China National Botanical Garden Ticketing System is officially designated. Any individuals or organizations must not use the online system for profit-making business activities, such as buying and selling tickets on behalf of others, reselling tickets with price increase or reduction, unauthorized package sales and other behavior that disrupt public safety. If found, individuals or organizations engaging in these activities will be severely punished according to law!
